Ledger API release notes
Three releases of the Ledger API, including one breaking change with a full migration path, published in the structure used for product release notes in enterprise automation documentation: a Latest releases index, a Release history on the package page, and an archive topic per version.
- Follows the release-notes model Redwood Software uses for its RunMyJobs connectors and extensions: index table, package-page release history, and archive topics that remain available for bookmarks and support lookups.
- Fixed section labels for every release (Overview, New Features, Enhancements, Fixes, Compatibility, Known Issues), each entry led by a bold label, so a reader scanning for one kind of change finds it in the same place every time.
- Each release is written once and included in both the release history and its archive topic, so the two can never drift apart.
- Compatibility states what the reader must do and by when, and points to the migration guide; the breaking change never hides inside an Enhancements bullet.
